Please record a video putting on the stuff that goes in the middle (computer, tension, etc.). I don't understand the instructions and I'm not going to call in for support. I'd rather see a video walking through the steps.

Didn't solve mine problem. All wires are properly plugged in.

It's incredible how unhelpful this company has. My treadmill is barely 2 years old and already stopped working. The display is stuck at zero. Pushing buttons does nothing and they don't even beep. I switched out the circuit breaker thinking that was it but I wasn't. I've tried Contacting this company many times with no luck. $450 down the drain.

My everfit cross trainer rod is stuck in the front. It didnt "slide" through. It had grease on it but i didnt easily slide in. I had to twist it to inch it in and now it is stuck with 11cm sticking out one side. I am very irate about it. Cost me $160 for a machine that can't even be assembled because the maker of it made a tiny tube for their rod that wont "slide in" to it.

I just purchased one and it's on. Carpet and I cant for the life of me stabilize this machine...its regular pile carpet...I tried plywood and it didnt work...also the back stabilizers nearly ripped my hands off trying to move them...PLEASE HELP...so the back need to be on the same settings ..when I do that seems it still wont stabilize
